Helpful answers

Questions are part of the process.

If you do not see your question here, Brian can help directly.

How is New Horizon housing rented?

Beds are rented individually rather than renting an entire home.

What does Level II recovery housing mean?

New Horizon is a monitored recovery residence with written house guidelines, shared accountability, peer community, and an appointed resident leader. It is housing support, not clinical treatment or assisted living.

What kind of living environment is this?

New Horizon provides Level II shared recovery housing in an alcohol- and drug-free environment with clear house guidelines, accountability, and peer community.

How does prequalification work?

Call Brian at (229) 412-3400 to discuss your needs, recovery goals, and the shared living environment before completing intake.

How do I apply?

Open the secure Indivisible By One application. The portal lets you save your progress, upload income documents privately, and submit online.

What information should I prepare?

Be ready with applicant and household information, income documentation, rental history, landlord contact information, and a separate email address for every adult applicant.

What happens after I apply?

Management reviews the submitted application and may contact you for an interview or more information. New Horizon does not require a background check. You may also review the House Rules, Policies and Procedures, and license-agreement preview. If accepted, Brian provides the final license agreement and other required resident forms for review and signature.

How long may someone stay?

A stay of 9 to 24 months is encouraged to support stability and progress, but that timeframe is not mandatory.

Who can I contact with questions?

Call Brian at (229) 412-3400 or email info@newhorizonopportunities.com for housing and intake questions.
